For the past 25 years, Richard Grabow has been representing people who have suffered injury and disability. He has represented clients injured at work, in automobile accidents, and on defective premises. He has represented countless clients whose injuries have either temporarily or permently prevented a return to work, including those who are compelled to apply for Social Security Disability. On of the focus areas of Richard's practice is representing the seriously injured worker who is applying for Disability, and coordinating the seamless transition from Workman's Compensation to Disabilty in a manner most advantageous to the client. Richard is also a member of Sokolove Law, a nationwide Law Firm representing the interests of disabled individuals. Richard is Sokolove Law's representative for all Social Security Disability claims arising in Connecticut, and a member of it's advisory panel.
In addition to the foregoing, Richard practices criminal and motor vehicle law, real estate, probate, SSI claims, and general civil litigation. Richard has appeared and practiced in all of the State Courts of Connecticut, the local hearing offices in Hartford, New Haven and Springfield of the Social Security Administration, and in various probate and administrative courts.
