David P. Mester

David Mester has over 36 years of experience representing individuals in Divorce, Social Security, Criminal, and Personal Injury cases. He has appeared before the U.S. Court of Appeals (2nd Circuit), U.S. District Court in Connecticut, Connecticut Supreme Court, Connecticut Appellate Court, and in every Superior and Geographical Area Court in Connecticut.

Attorney Mester is committed to helping those in need of legal representation and to assist men and women going through the most difficult time of their lives - whether through divorce or child custody matters, disability, injury, or criminal prosecution.

As an experienced lawyer with more than 2,000 Social Security hearing and appeals during his career, Attorney Mester is able to effectively, represent clients in Hartford, New Haven and Springfield, MA.

Additionally, Attorney Mester has extensive experience in the Connecticut Family Courts including many trials and hearings. He frequently sits as a Special Master in several courts throughout the state. He works in Hartford, Middlesex, Tolland, Windham, New Haven, and New London Counties. Mr. Mester also has experience in Collaborative Divorce matter and other alternative dispute resolution forums.

David is the father of 2 children and resides in West Hartford with many years of coaching baseball, basketball, and is a part of many community and fraternal organizations.
